Title: New Mod: Building Reviewer?

So I'm aware of the backlog of Muggles that need to get their builds reviewed, and the mods aren't always around to do that.

Thus, why not add in a new mod "class" to specifically do this task?

As usual, you have to apply for this, get approved, etc., but they only have the power to upgrade Muggles to Members. There will be significantly more of the Building Reviewers than the other mods to allow the upgrading process to be faster.

Idea, hate, criticism, thoughts, and the like are welcome.

Back in the 1st and 2nd generation of KeiNett, the Moderator staffs basically do the ranking and chat-mods of course monitor the chat box, as of now we only have 1 moderator at the moment as far as i know we only need new and more moderators :)
