Title: Help me build mall on 4th plot

So no1 hire me in his plot to sell devices on Apple Inc., I decided to make my own mall. IS'NT IT FUN??  Create your own buisness-sell your products-trade with any1 on the mall-upgrade my mall!!!
But the problem is that building the mall takes alot of time.
I tried using "Ghro" but they said it need kn builder.
so any builders can help? maybe Roku..
