I understand your situation, sir Logo because I know that you're one of the most active staffs out there in KC1. But I don't know about OldMan tho. People think that he's lazy or worthless or not doing his job because he isn't even answering questions in chat or greeting back whenever somebody greets him or just tell players to patiently wait. It's like he's just there for displaying purposes. He's maybe helping some players but most players don't see it that way. I read Kinki saying that his strategy is effective tho.

Just make sure that it'll be your last account transfer unless your account is hacked, auto-kicked from a faction or any other technical problems.If you're trying to make yourself look like a good future staff it won't do O.o (in my opinion)
People would usually find that kind of statement like, "i want to be staff already" so just hang onto your good things and i wish you luck at your apply.
