I would just like to ask if Admins have a limited "Admin Time," meaning they are replaced after a while. I mean, with so many Staff Apps, there has to be a time where no Admins are around, right?

True, true. There are even times when Chatmods/Moderators are on Skyblock, and in fact, it's quite bare.
