Can't login in game

Hi,
I'm new here. I registered to the forums, then tried to register in-game. A message said I had already registered, but trying to log in was not possible. I tried the /email recovery {mail} method but it said the command was restricted. Is there a way to solve this?

no, not premium, and no, not trying to hack another user account (why would I even try?)

can't login and appears already registered
