Add experience when you kill someone in /warp pvp.

You gain experience for: mining ores, smelting, and bottle o' enchanting

I think you have enough ways to easily gain experience. Besides, a head is worth a lot more than just a few experience orbs.

No, when factions were first added to the prison all it led to was problems. If people were not a part of a faction they couldn't be killed even while standing in PvP areas, and added a lot more conflict between players.
