Anyways, it's as Berry-Chan says - spam topics and disrespect.
Just uh, before you create a topic or post something, just think: "Does this topic have a point?
Will people want to post in this topic?" and just make sure you're positive that what you're going to say won't offend anyone.

This is sad, just because someone gets a little too addicted to the forums does not give anyone any right to insult, put-down, mock, disrespect, nor anything else that targets someone personally. We may dislike their actions but that does not allow others to tell cruel and hurtful things. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Let's all agree to try to not abuse the forums either by spamming unnecessary topics/post and not use it as a place to hurt others for no reason at all. Respect others the way you would want to be respected back.
