Fast chunk loading; Chat not responding

Whenever I attempt and join the hub, the server loads the chunks like a charm, as it should. But the chat doesn't! It then gives me a timeout. Whenever I attempt to ping the server its 200ms, like normal. How can I fix this? I know it's not my internet connection, everything is fine at this side. It's getting really frustrating and annoying since I have a really big idea and the lag just makes me really angry.

Im also experiencing this too. 
It takes about 3mins-5mins to log in and then almost 10mins getting to a specific server because of the lag. :I

But magically when i get to a specific server, the lag magically appears! and then get disconnected again because of a stupid error. -_-
