Usually, abused perks are taken away. Such as trolling with them to trick players into thinking that they received money or got money taken away. Another one, which seems to be a problem in Sky Wars, is that people are using their colored chat to impersonate staff.
I don't really know what happened, but contact some staff members to find out.
